However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return or exchange an item. This Returns Policy outlines our procedures and guidelines to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience.
Eligibility for Returns
- Our Returns Policy is applicable for items purchased directly from Aina Antique’s. If you have purchased our products through a third-party retailer, please refer to their respective returns policy.
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all the original packaging, tags, and labels intact.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team by phone or email. Provide them with your order details, including the product name, order number, and reason for return.
- Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the item back to our designated return address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe delivery of the package.
Refund or Exchange
- Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange.
- If you have requested a refund, we will initiate the reimbursement to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- If you have requested an exchange, we will ship the replacement item to you within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. Any price difference between the original item and the replacement will be settled accordingly.
- Customized or personalized items, as well as items that have been modified or altered, are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Items purchased during a promotional sale or clearance event may be eligible for return or exchange but may be subject to different terms. Please contact our customer support team for further information.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately with photographic evidence of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
