However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return or exchange an item. This Returns Policy outlines our procedures and guidelines to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Our Returns Policy is applicable for items purchased directly from Aina Antique’s. If you have purchased our products through a third-party retailer, please refer to their respective returns policy.
  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all the original packaging, tags, and labels intact.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team by phone or email. Provide them with your order details, including the product name, order number, and reason for return.
  • Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  • Ship the item back to our designated return address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe delivery of the package.

Refund or Exchange

  • Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange.
  • If you have requested a refund, we will initiate the reimbursement to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • If you have requested an exchange, we will ship the replacement item to you within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. Any price difference between the original item and the replacement will be settled accordingly.

Non-Eligible Items

  • Customized or personalized items, as well as items that have been modified or altered, are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
